About ServeWell
ServeWell Travel helps individuals, families, groups, and organizations plan meaningful travel around the communities and connections that matter to them.

Capable. Warm. Respectful. Practical. Human.
The idea
People do not always travel as anonymous consumers. They travel as families, friends, veterans, educators, first responders, congregations, volunteers, alumni, association members, and communities with shared history.
ServeWell creates a clearer place to begin those conversations without pretending every community needs the same thing.
Why this is personal
ServeWell grew from communities the Best In Class Travels family knows firsthand through military and veteran service, law enforcement and security, healthcare, education, churches and faith communities, nonprofits, volunteer and service organizations, and entrepreneurship. The goal is not to manufacture credentials; it is to bring a more thoughtful planning conversation to communities we understand and respect.
The people behind the experience
Behind the ServeWell experience are Jolene Goff, CEO and majority owner of Best In Class Travels, and Spencer Goff, CFO. Both are U.S. Navy veterans and experienced travelers. Their perspective is shaped by service, community involvement, and the practical reality that travel is easier when someone understands the people and constraints behind the trip.
Why that matters here
Their family’s lived connections span military and veteran communities, public safety and security, healthcare, education, churches and faith communities, nonprofits, volunteer and service organizations, and entrepreneurship.
Those connections provide context for the questions ServeWell asks. They do not imply government, institutional, denominational, organizational, or supplier endorsement, certification, or guaranteed special pricing.
How we want the experience to feel
Be useful before being impressive.
Explain what fits the ordinary planning path, what deserves a specialized conversation, and what happens next.
Plan around people and relationships, not only transactions.
Protect privacy, accessibility, compliance, and trust as part of the experience.
