Legal & Travel Disclosures

Travel relationship, supplier terms, and important notices.

A clear explanation of who provides the travel-planning service, what this public website does, and what must still be confirmed for an actual trip.

ServeWell and Best In Class Travels

Travel planning and fulfillment for ServeWell inquiries are provided through Best In Class Travels.

Seller of Travel disclosure

Best In Class Travels is an independent contractor and authorized sales agent of Nexion LLC. Nexion LLC is registered with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel. Registration No. ST38545. Nexion LLC — WA UBI # 603 046 768.

Location and servicing path

Travel services and supplier availability can vary based on your location, itinerary, supplier requirements, and applicable rules. Start the conversation with us and we will help determine the best path for your trip. Submission of an inquiry does not by itself establish that Best In Class Travels can directly transact in every jurisdiction.

Travel suppliers and booking terms

Travel components may be provided by independent airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation companies, attractions, insurance providers, and other suppliers. Availability, schedules, fares, rates, promotions, amenities, eligibility requirements, deposits, payment deadlines, change rules, cancellation terms, and accessibility features are controlled by the applicable supplier and must be confirmed for the actual trip.

Website descriptions and examples are planning information, not a guarantee that a particular supplier, rate, benefit, room, cabin, seat, activity, accessibility feature, or itinerary will be available.

Special rates and community-specific offers

Military, veteran, first-responder, educator, group, association, and other special offers can have different eligibility rules, participating locations, proof requirements, and availability. We verify the offer that actually applies rather than assuming a traveler or trip qualifies.

Traveler names, documents, and official requirements

Travelers are responsible for providing accurate names and traveler information and for reviewing the official identification, entry, health, visa, passport, consent, and other requirements that apply to their itinerary and circumstances. When appropriate, we can help identify authoritative sources or supplier requirements, but government and supplier rules control.

Accessibility and mobility

Please raise accessibility, mobility, assistive-equipment, communication, dietary, observance, and related needs as early as possible. We can ask suppliers about available arrangements and accessible features, but the specific property, carrier, venue, destination, or supplier must confirm what is available for the trip.

Travel insurance

Travel insurance should be considered early, especially when deposits or nonrefundable commitments are involved. Coverage, exclusions, time-sensitive provisions, state availability, and claim decisions depend on the actual policy. No website statement should be treated as a promise that a particular event or loss will be covered.

Payments and sensitive information

This public website does not collect travel payments or payment-card information. Do not send payment-card data, passport numbers, government IDs, Social Security numbers, medical records, credentials, traveler documents, rooming lists, or other sensitive traveler records through the public inquiry form, ordinary email, or voicemail. If planning proceeds, any necessary sensitive information should be handled through the approved booking or supplier process.

Changes and cancellations

Travel is subject to supplier schedules and terms, and changes can occur before or during a trip. Supplier rules and any applicable booking documents control refunds, credits, penalties, change rights, and cancellation treatment.

Servicing through appropriately authorized partners

In some locations or for certain specialized requests, another independent travel professional or agency may be the appropriate servicing provider. If that occurs, we will explain the proposed handoff, identify the provider and its role, explain the minimum information that would need to be shared, and ask for permission before sending the inquiry. A handoff does not imply common ownership, endorsement, guaranteed partner availability, or that Best In Class Travels is independently authorized to act as seller of travel in every jurisdiction.

Referral and partner relationships

A referral link or partnership conversation does not by itself create an endorsement, exclusive relationship, compensation right, fundraising arrangement, travel-agent status, or access to traveler information. Any specialized partner structure is addressed separately before it is represented publicly.

Third-party websites

Links to supplier, government, event, or other third-party websites are provided for convenience or authoritative trip information. Those sites operate under their own terms, privacy practices, accessibility practices, and content controls.
